Trust Institute only charges for the services consumed. The product & services consumed viahttps://www.trustinst.com have pre-paid billing that is done at the beginning of course registration. Trust Institute will not make any refund on the payment or sign off contract payment even if a user cancels the course. Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
